Global law firm Freshfields has advised BNP Paribas and UniCredit as super senior revolving facility lenders on the refinancing of SLV Lighting Group.

The transaction involved the full refinancing of SLV’s existing term loan B and revolving credit facility through a new facilities agreement comprising a term loan B and a revolving facility of approximately €275 million.

SLV Lighting Group is one of Europe’s leading lighting companies and a portfolio company of Ardian.
